This type of separator allows a granulometric cutting on its entire operation surface, although there is the advantageous possibility of installing several units, one above the other, each one of them developing a granulometric cutting.
Machine aimed to the mechanical separation of particles with different sizes of the same bulk material separated by the gravity. It can operate with different of nonferrous minerals (clay, shale, bentonite, gypsum, sepiolite, magnesite, phosphate, soft limestone, marble, coke, talc, kaolin, etc.) and materials of organic origin (fertilizers, animal feed, plastics, biomass, etc).
OPERATION
The material goes inside the feeding hopper of great tilt angle, contacting with the first classification shaft. From this zone the material is transported on the discs.
The particles of smaller size fall by the gravity to the fines exit. The bigger particles go out at the end of the separator.
