APPLICATION
Machine aimed for the quick discharge of the trucks with bulk material. The drag feeders with band Domenech have been designed for materials with different grain size, density, relative humidity and abrasiveness. This machine can operate with a tilt angle between 0º and 25º. Its resistant structure has been designed with the aim to be used in those cases in which the application can be considered as heavy.
OPERATION
The drag feeder with band has a reception hopper of great dimensions to receive the rear part of the truck. Optionally there can be an upper enclosure with a baghouse, to avoid dust emissions. The system to move the material is a drag chain conveyor and on these plates is the rubber belt, in this form we get a robust and watertight transport, thanks to the belt. There is a remover shaft normally in the material exit to avoid material accumulations before the next machine. Other option is the scraper system which is used to control the material height of the material before the next machine.
CONSTRUCTION
The structure is constructed with electrowelded steel and machined with CNC. The rubber belt is fastened to the plates through rivets to avoid slippage. The machine is designed to get a sealed transport.
