APPLICATION
Machine orientated for the feeding of all kind of bulk materials as clay materials, aggregates, gypsum, carbonates, coals, biomass, polymers, fertilizer, refuse derived fuel, etc. The optimal granulometry (grain size) of the materials is between 0-80 mm having better dosing quality when the grain size of the material which goes inside the machine is more uniform and fine.
The screw conveyor is especially indicated for clay materials or materials with high humidity percentage, being this machine the cleanest and the most efficient solution for dosing materials with humidity until 14-16%. This machine can operate with all type of materials completely dry of different hardness.
*The screw conveyor can be set under a storage hopper, acting as a floor scraper or just as a feeder for any other machine of the process as could be a shredder, a mixer, a screening, etc… conveying the material to the feeding mouth and dosing simultaneously.
