The shredding process is performed by the knives mounted on a sturdy shaft which rotates at average speed. The tips of the knives are nailed in the material and due to the movement at different speed between the fixed knives and the rotor knives the material is shredded.
The grain size of the output material is guaranteed in function of the chosen step for the screen. The grain size of the output material is lower than 100 mm for getting a standard production of 12 tonnes/hour (according to the density). (Adaptability to the production requirements).
The rotor is machined with the last computer numerical control, as well as the chassis to get high cutting precision and sealing.
The knives are thermally treated (fixed knives and rotor knives) in order to achieve the best hardness and toughness characterisitics.
The machine has a pusher hydraulically driven to close the material to the rotor where the material is shredded. This pusher is controlled by the electronic system to get a continuous operation and optimizing the cutting efficiency of the rotor.
The bearings are isolated to avoid the pollution entry and incresing their useful life.
The chassis is constructed in steel of high quality to give excellent results of resistance.
