Roller mil model DML-1000 is manufactured to reduce the mineral for the gypsum manufacture to 1/3 of its size.

This mill is composed by two cylinders with square plates welded with the aim that the lowest quantity of fine material could be generated.

Cylinders are fixed to a heavy chassis through the shafts and the adjustable bearing houses.

The transmission of each cylinder is made through shaft mounted gearboxes with V-belts and pulleys (to adjust the desired speed) and the electrical motor of 25 HP. Cylinders can be adjusted, opened or closed to obtain the desired grain size.

The cylinder plates are manufactured in wear resistant plate of high resistance and the cylinders are filled with special wear resistant weld.
