APPLICATION
Machine aimed and designed for cutting plastic bullets and other materials.
The guillotine can be fed by several forms, through an integrated feeder on the machine, conveyor belt, etc.
This machine is usually located at first of the recycling line, before the trommel entry
OPERATION
The guillotine is designed with an actuator to allow putting the plastic bale or other material on the pusher path. The actuator is connected with the controller to down the gate. When the load is putted on the pusher path, the gate is uploaded. From this point, feeding will be electronically programmed to adjust the cuts per minute to make. When the pusher arrives at the end of its path, finishing with the plastic bale, it will come to its start position.
CONSTRUCCIÓN
Highly rigid structure constructed in electro-welded steel, established and Computer Numerical Control machined.
Cutting measures (width and height) and pusher long will be adapted to the necessities of each project.
All electrical components, electronic components and hydraulic components have been calculated for a perfect operation of the guillotine.
