APLICATION
Machine aimed to the fine shredding of plastic (HDPE lumps). New design which provides energy saving and high cutting efficiency thanks to the design of the cutting geometry. New design for easy knife change.
OPERATION
The granulator has a reception hopper (specially designed for this application) which receives the material. There is a screw conveyor in the inferior part of the machine which extracts the material towards a blower to transport pneumatically the material to the bags. There is a manual actuation to allow the bags filling. There is a cyclone to store the material before arriving to the bags. The cyclone separates the air particles from the material particles which are stored in the cyclone while the air particles leave from the top.
The rotor has 5 knives for cutting the material and there are 2 fixed knives in the chassis. The fixed and the mobile knives are adjustable and the fine adjustment between the fixed and the mobile knives guarantee the correct cutting of the plastic.
The opening and closing process of the hopper and the screen is done hydraulically.
CONSTRUCTION
The rotor is machined with the most modern Computer Numerical Control as well as the chassis. In this way we can get great cutting precision and sealing.
The knives are thermally treated, which provides higher hardness favoring the cutting performance.
Bearings isolated to avoid the pollution entry.

Chassis constructed with steel of high quality to get high resistance of the machine.
