PRE-WASHING TANK

The pre-washing tank is used in the recycling plant (pre-washing phase) with the aim of decanting and separating stones and heavy metals which could damage the following machines of the recycling process. The tank geometry and the water and air at high pressure input allows the plastic buoyancy even if it is polluted of soil and of any other pollutant that by this way could change the specific weight.

The waste and the heavy materials unload is performed through an extraction screw located in the bottom part of the tank

The extraction system of the new plastic material is based in the combination of the force of the water pressure and the air admission, avoiding the use of mechanic systems which require a periodic maintenance
