APLICATION
Machine aimed for the rough shredded of a wide range of measures of raw material as films, getting grain measures lower than 50mm.
The feeding system will be adapted to the plastic type for shredding (hardness, size, shape) to get the maximum efficiency of the shredder.
The cutting rotor and the cutters are dimensioned to get the maximum efficiency in the shredding process.
OPERATION
The shredding process is carried out by the cutting knives mounted on sturdy shaft which rotates at average speed. The tips of the cutters are nailed in the material and as it is moved at different speed, the cutters generate that the material is torn itself.
The exit grain size is guaranteed according to the chosen grid size (depending on the diameter or the square measure chosen).
In the lower part of the chassis, there are mounted adjustable scrapers to clean simultaneously the rotor. The shredder can be provided with counter-knives to finish the cutting process.
The system can be automated to be rearmed at any time to adjust itself to the customer requirements.
The main modules of the shredder are: rotor and cutting knives, which can be found in different sizes and shapes.

FORM
CONSTRUCTION
The rotor is Computer Numerical Control machined as well as the chassis to get high precision cutting and sealing. The knives are thermal treated to get more hardness on the knives to favor the cutting process. As you can see on the pictures, the shredder is provided with a pusher hydraulically driven to lead the material to the cutting rotor where the material will be shredded.
