APPLICATION
Machine aimed to ensure the uniform and continuous dosing of material in a production line.
This machine is equipped with one or several screw conveyors for extracting and dosing the material, they are used to feed several machines/lines simultaneously.
OPERATION
The material arrives through pneumatic transport to the cyclone. Inside the cyclone the particles are separated from the air, in this form the particles fall to the silo and the air is expelled to the environment, free of particles.
To ensure the material exit from the silo, there is a remover blade which feeds the screw conveyor. This blade avoids that the material could be fixed to the silo wall.
We get a good dosing through this process, we get that the material which arrives in a discontinuous form to the silo, it leaves in a controlled form to the conveyor which feeds the extruder.
