Pre-washing tank

The basic function of the pre-washing tank is the decantation and separation of heavy particles that can damage the following machines. The material is introduced through the upper part until it comes into contact with the water, which is in continuous turbulence due to the injection of air and water at high pressure. This and the geometry of the tank promote the buoyancy of the lower density elements and the fall of the heavier elements to the bottom.

Washing Machine

Machine aimed at washing film or rigid products in fairly large strips or ground material with high contamination. The operating principle is based on a mechanical action (rotation of the feed shaft) combined with the introduction of water to achieve optimal cleaning of the product before the grinding phase. The inner rotor rotates at a very high speed, and its special design prevents jamming. Contaminants and dirty water come out through a perforated screen and are collected in a discharge hopper placed at the bottom of the machine.

Compactor/crusher

The basic function of the compactor is the transportation, compaction and drying of all types of solid and visco-elastic materials with high internal humidity.

The wet material is introduced through the mouth and transported with a reinforced auger that extrudes the material at low pressure and separates the liquid through a perforated jacket.

The material falls by gravity towards an auger, which deposits the material in the next process through a fan.
